What are the terms for using Elegant and Graceful Photography’s website?

How does the payment work ?
All shoots require a 50% deposit on booking and then the reminder of the
payment 2 weeks before the date of the shoot
What does the cost of the shoot cover?
Fees cover the photographer’s time, editing, and prep of 20+ images
(prints/products not included).
Do i have to sign any paperwork before my photo shoot?
Clients must sign the Photography Service Agreement and Standard Terms before any session.
Does Elegant and Graceful keep copies of the images taken?
Yes files are stored for 12 months in secure password protected files.
Will my images be used on Elegant & Graceful website & social medias?
Images may be used by TCC for portfolios/advertising unless the Client opts out in writing,
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my shoot?
Rescheduling is possible as long as a minimum of 48 hours is given.
and is subject to the photographers avaiablity
If you cancel 14 days before the date you have booked a full refund will be given if less than 14 days the deposit already paid is non- refundable
What if i accidently break something ?
Although we understand that accidents happen however if something gets broken during your session we would launch an investigation and review our CCTV where applicable, and if you are found to be responsible then you would be required to pay for a replacement.
Can my child come alone?
Although we respect that you may feel that your child is responsible enough to come alone all children under the age of 16 must have an adult on site at all times, and any child aged 16 – 18 must have signed consent from parent to attend the session alone & parental contact details are required.
if your over the age of 18 we ask for an emergency contact so that someone can be contacted in the event of an emergency.
